GCE Art & Design (Photography) is an excellent platform for progression to higher education in media and visual art and design.
At A Level, extra tuition is given on further and higher education entry, portfolio preparation and interview technique.
The course is designed to develop personal responses to observations, experiences, environments and cultures, celebrating their individuality and strengths.
It encourages personal learning through enquiry into Photography and the enjoyment of its application in the real world, along with the acquisition of lifelong learning and thinking skills. This is done through careful guidance and individual target setting.
We have devised and developed workshops after school to help students develop their knowledge further.
