To complement your studies and to provide memorable and rewarding opportunities we provide a comprehensive programme of study trips and visits as well as some special sixth form events for you to take part in.

To sample but a few of the study trips that we have provided in previous years, students have visited many places both at home and abroad, even stretching across the world with our Business trip to New York where students take in the sights of one of the financial capitals of the world.

Students have even flown to the Auschwitz concentration camp with the Holocaust Educational Trust to witness and appreciate the horrific conditions that many Jews and others faced there during the Second World War.

A little closer to home sees students visiting London with Government and Politics on a residential to experience the heart of political and legal power in the UK through tours of the Houses of Parliament and the Supreme Court. Taking part and asking questions in the annual A-Level Politics conference also gives students a rare and exciting opportunity to put their thoughts and opinions over to leading members of government.

To help students with their future career aspirations, all Y12 students are taken to the annual UCAS convention for an opportunity to ask questions and get excited about the potential of future study at university.

Other subjects will have specific field trips as part of their course such as Geography that has field trips to the Holderness Coast and Lincoln.
