We are pleased to be able to once again be hosting Open Doors events this year! Open Doors, delivered by Build UK, takes visitors behind the scenes to showcase the fantastic range of careers available in the UK construction industry.
Our Explore Manufacturing Open Doors Evening on the 25th March is an opportunity for guests to step inside Europe’s largest and most advanced pre-cast manufacturing facility, where attendees can gain firsthand insight into the modern, precision led processes that underpin Laing O'Rourke's industry leading Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) approach.
The event will include guided group tours of our advanced manufacturing facility, networking opportunities, and access to our Marketplace, where teams from across the business will showcase innovation, skills, project delivery and career opportunities.
With capacity for up to 300 visitors on the night people with an interest in pursuing a career in the industry, or those with a keen interest in exploring how our approach to DfMA and Modern Methods of Construction can influence the future of construction are encouraged to attend.
