Another set of outstanding results were achieved in the summer of 2020, demonstrating the continued effort of both staff and students.

Message from the Post 16 lead
We are delighted with the results our students have achieved again this year which is testament to the incredible hard work of all our students, their families, staff, the trust board and governors at Outwood Post 16 Centre Worksop that we have yet again performed so well.
Our students have consistently achieved outstanding results, achieving our highest A*-B results of 57.7%.  The results achieved in Summer 2020 led to over 85% of our students progressing to university, including 3 students gaining a place at either Cambridge University or Oxford University.  A further 5% of our students were successful in gaining an Apprenticeship.  The remaining students have either continued their education elsewhere or gained full time employment.

Whilst at the Centre all students are given the best possible chance of achieving their potential and ultimately reaching their chosen career path.

The table below shows the continued increase in achievement over the last 3 years.

Every student achieved their own personal success but to highlight just a few:

Lauren Emmens achieved 4 A* grades in Chemistry, Maths, Further Maths and Physics.

Georgia Fields achieved 4 A* grades in Chemistry, Maths, Further Maths and Physics.

Anelia Simpson achieved 3 A* grades in Biology, Chemistry and Maths.

Amy Hagen also achieved fantastic results with 3 A* grades in History, Maths and Further Maths along with 1 A grade in Spanish.
